What is SupplierXM?
SupplierXM is a free supplier collaboration platform that enables suppliers to deliver product information easily to major retailers, with an easy to use interface, validation rules and message management.
How do I register a new supplier?
SXM is a free to use platform for suppliers to connect with retailers. There is no cost to register or use the platform. Please click here to register your account. Once created, you will receive an email with instructions on how to validate your account.
How do I create an account?
- Create an account on SupplierXM
- Click here to take you to the sign up page.
- In the “Organisation you belong to”’ field, enter your business name and choose ‘ADD’. If your company name already appears in the dropdown list, you should select the name, but modify it by typing in (Australia). Do not submit the existing name without the modification.
- “In which market do you intend to use SupplierXM” field, select ‘Australia’.
- “Your organisation” field, select ‘Supplier’.
- Please fill in your contact details to complete your registration, this is required for important alerts.
What training is available?
We host two weekly webinars to provide valuable training sessions for our suppliers. We host one on Monday at 10am and another on Wednesday at 3pm. During each 15-minute webinar, we will cover the following topics;
- Overview of retailers on SXM
- Uploading your data onto platform
- What is expected of suppliers
- Understanding mandatory attributes and how to populate them
- Publishing and sharing products

As a SKUlibrary hosting client, you can seamlessly centralise and syndicate your product content to major Australian retailers from one platform. Here’s how it works:
- Automated Syndication: Your product content is automatically fed into each chosen retailer’s SKUlibrary catalogue, keeping your product data up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Content Control: You retain ongoing access to modify and update any syndicated content, including content received via the SKUcapture process, giving you complete control over how your products are represented.

What is the difference between SKUlibrary and SupplierXM?
On a high-level – SKUlibrary is an e-commerce platform which brands and retailers use to provide on pack product information to consumers.
SupplierXM (SXM) is also a PIM tool which is compliant with GDSN standards and also is used to store master data.
How do I manage my data for SupplierXM clients as a SKUlibrary Hosting Client?
In order to manage your data for retailers utilising SupplierXM, please set up a free integration from SKUlibrary using this form. This integration will allow you to control and update all your product information from a single platform, SKUlibrary.
Once set up, your product content will automatically syndicate from your SKUlibrary catalogue and pass through SupplierXM to share with retailers, ensuring seamless data flow and updates across all platforms.
