Retailer Syndication Updates

Blank NIP displaying Online

Woolworths IT Support team are currently investigating why blank NIPs are displaying online when no data has been populated in SKUlibrary. It is estimated that a resolution will be available for this within the first few weeks of January 2025.

Image Deletions

We have been made aware there is currently an issue with regards to image deletions on Coles. This is currently under investigation with the MDM, COL IT and Commercial Data teams at Coles. We will work with the teams towards a resolution where possible and continue to flag up any duplicate images reported to us that require deletion.

Rework Messages

We are aware there are currently some unclear or incorrect rework messages displayed in SKUlibrary. These are currently being investigated by the Woolworths team as to whether an action is required or not. Whilst we are aware some are incorrect, most still remain accurate. If you are unsure, please submit a support ticket so we can assist you.
